Aurora Carrasco

Aurora Lola Carrasco, 31, of Hobbs, passed away, June 30, 2014 in Houston, TX. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Ruben Romero as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Prairie Haven Memorial Park. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM, Friday, July 4, 2014 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Aurora Lola was born on April 25, 1983 in Hobbs, NM to Manuel and Margarita Carrasco. She enjoyed cooking, dancing and being outdoors. Lola always helped people, was very caring and a good friend to many and loved taking care of her nieces and nephews. Her laughter and free spirit will be forever remembered by all.

Lola is survived by her parents, Manuel and Margarita Carrasco of Hobbs sisters, Ramona De La Rosa, Margaret Carrasco, Mary Carrasco and Veronica Carrasco all of Hobbs brothers, Manuel Carrasco, Jr., Juan Carrasco, Carlos Carrasco, Gabino Carrasco, Freddy Carrasco all of Hobbs and Eliseo Carrasco of Las Cruces, NM and her nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
