Billie Reagan

Billie Faye Reagan, 84, of Lubbock, Texas, formerly of Hobbs, passed into Heavens Gate on Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Lubbock. She was born July 25, 1937 to Willie and Grace Spencer in Wolfe County, Kentucky, the youngest of 7 children.

Billie married Wilburn Reagan on June 11, 1952 and together they celebrated 65 wonderful years and raised 3 children. In the 60’s, she decided to return to school to pursue a degree in teaching. Billie taught elementary age students throughout New Mexico.

She is preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Wilburn Reagan, her parents, sisters, Maxine Banks, Betty Miller, Aileen Branstrutter, Ruth Hensley, Bobbie Jean Hale and Jewel Perez, and son Mark Douglas Reagan.

Left to treasure her memory are her children Wilburn Jackson Reagan, Jr.(Sheila) Stacy Jeanette Reagan Harrington (Les) and Jeff Allan Reagan (Sarah), eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
