Clyde Smith

Clyde F. Smith, 59, of Hobbs, passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 in Lubbock, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Clyde was born on May 6, 1957 in Pueblo, Colorado to Jose and Sarah Smith. He married Tammie Reynolds in 2004 in Seminole, Texas and they celebrated over 12 wonderful years of marriage. Clyde was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, uncle and a friend to all. He loved being with his family. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; son, Isaac Smith; brother, Bobby Smith and nephew, Glenn Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Tammie Smith of the home; daughters, Cassie Smith and Crystal Smith; brothers, Gilbert Smith (Margaret), Eloy Smith (Linda), Jerry Smith and Joseph Smith; sisters, Sally Callender (Howard), Yolanda Long (Dale), Viola Lambert (Jeff) and Loretta Lovato; sister-in-law, Lilly Smith; brother-in-law, Shawn Reynolds; mother-in-law, Gloria Herseim and numerous nieces and nephews.
