Frances was full of life and found it easy to love people. This lent her to make friends everywhere she went. Even though she was blind she did not let that stop her! Frances was always there to lend a hand or to be a shoulder to cry on, by nature she was a helper. She loved to go and have her nails done and to cook. Her favorite color was yellow this must have been a reflection of her personality and humor. Melissa took very good care of her, they went everywhere together. Not only mother and daughter but true best friends. Frances taught her daughter everything with love and affection. She was the best “Nan” and loved her grandsons.
At the age of 17 Frances married the love of her life Feliz Hinojos on May 18, 1984. In 1985 they had Melissa and have been married for 37 years, not nearly long enough.
Frances is survived by her husband of the home Feliz Hinojos, one daughter Melissa Hinojos, and two grandsons Jovani and Antoni Hernandez. 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
Melissa wrote: “Your faith, love and prayers have gotten us through some tough times. No matter the person or the situation you would remind them of who God was, and to never lose faith.”
