Giovanni Carrasco

Giovanni Carrasco, of Hobbs, was called to heavens gate on August 13, 2022 at the age of 2 months. He was welcomed to his family on June 6, 2022. A funeral mass in his honor will be held on Friday, August 19 at St. Helena Catholic Church at 10am, with burial to follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects on Thursday at Griffin Funeral Home from 12-7pm.

Giovanni may have been small, but the impact he had on the lives around him is larger than could ever be expressed. He was a beautiful happy baby, who loved the sound of his parents talking to him, listening to music and his sisters little kisses. It was often remarked that he was his daddy’s twin with better eyelashes. The moments left without him and the milestones he had already passed will remain in our memories forever.

This “little slugger” is survived by his adoring parents Adrian and Marilyn Carrasco and his big sister Anaissa. His grandparents Ramon and Bertha Carrasco, Nancy Garcia and Ismael Guzman. He is also remembered by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who love him.
