Jack Bush

JB (Jack) Bush, 95, of Hobbs passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018 in Hobbs. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 25 at Crosswinds Community Church with Pastor Brad Reimers, officiating.

Jack was born on October 9, 1922 in Kingsland, Texas to Jack and Mary Elizabeth Bush. He married Charlene Spinks February 14, 1955, and they celebrated over 58 years of wonderful marriage before her death in 2013.

Jack enjoyed hunting and fishing, but his greatest love was his family and especially his grandchildren. Mr. Bush was also a World War II Veteran having served for his country while in the Army.

Mr. Bush was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, a son, Michael Bush, brothers Bain, George, and Dorman, and two sisters, Moda Harlow and Marie Capps.

Survivors include his daughters Rhonda Lee (Ardon), and Darla Allen, both of Hobbs. He is also survived by a brother, Jerry Bush, of Hobbs and a sister Mary Lou Brady (Allen), of Duncan, Oklahoma, Brother-in-law Robert Spinks (Donna), 11 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews
