Joe Bayes

Joe Alden Bayes, of Hobbs, passed into the arms of angels on November 16,2020 at the age of 89. He was born in Big Spring, Texas on December 18, 1930 to Joe and Mona Bayes. Graveside services for Joe will be held on December 3, 2020 at the Brunson Cemetery in Eunice at 2pm. Those friends and family who wish to express their condolences may do so on December 2 from 10am-3pm at Griffin Funeral Home.

Joe was a proud Navy veteran, loving father, devoted husband and hard worker. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

He is preceded in passing by his parents, beloved wife Darlene Perry Bayes, daughter Jolene Delisle and brother Andrew Bayes.

Left to treasure his memory are his daughter Gail Bayes and brother Luis Bayes.
