Jose (Jesse) Franco Jr

Jesse was born on November 5, 1975. He was raised in Hobbs, NM where he lived with his parents Manuela and Jose Antonio Piedra of Hobbs. His biological father Jose Jesus Franco Sr. lived in Littlefield, Texas. Jesse was married to Ino. They had two boys Dontay Jay Franco and Angel Jay Franco both of Hobbs, NM. Jose had 4 brothers Oscar Quiroge of Hobbs, Chris Franco of Hobbs, Fabian Franco of Hobbs, and a half brother Jason Franco of Littlefield, Texas. Three sisters Brenda Quiroga of Hobbs, Sandra Gonzalez of Amarillo, Texas, and Jessica Franco Maganda of Hobbs, NM.

Jesse worked in the oilfield all his adult life. He enjoyed spending time with his boys and his dogs. He was loving, caring, humble, and full of life. He was a joy to be around always joking and playing with baby nephews and nieces. He had nineteen nieces and nephews. Jesse was a great-uncle to thirty-five nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed!

Jesse was preceded in death by his loving father Jose Antonio, his grandparents, and his beloved dog China.
