Julio Almanza

Julio H. Almanza, born on 7/30/1987, passed into the arms of his savior on the morning of 7/22/2020. Julio was a social man, he made friends wherever he went and was never at a loss for words, and whether it was his warm heart or his smiling face, Julio was sure never to be alone. Julio will be dearly missed by family and his many friends. Preceding him in death is his father, Benito H. Almanza. Left to treasure his memory are his mother, Martha E. Soto, and caring stepfather Manuel Soto; his three siblings Derrick Almanza, Victoria Salas, and Alejandrina Soto; and his daughters, whom he loved dearly, Makaya M. Almanza, Jazmin I. Almanza, and Amia A. Almanza. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on July 28, 2020 at Hobbs First Assembly Church, with a visitation to be held directly before the services starting at 12pm also at the church. Interment will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Please be advised that masks and social distancing are recommended.
