Kenneth Davison

A memorial service is scheduled at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, at Temple Baptist Church for Kenneth Earl Davison with the Rev. Lavoid Ford officiating.

Kenny, 79, passed from this life on earth to his eternal life in heaven with Jesus Christ on Sept. 8 at Lea Regional Hospital and is now celebrating a wonderful life in heaven with his brothers and sisters who went before him.

Kenny was born in Hobs and served in the USAF and worked afterwards as a iron worker most of his life. He loved his family, music, sports, his church and church family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Virginia and Thomas Davison, brothers Eugene Davison, Hughie Davison, Clyde Davison and Tommy Davison and sisters Mabel Brown and Jessie Burke.

He is survived by his sisters Joan Robbins of Hobbs and Imogene Lange of Chatsworth, Calif., and numerous nieces and nephews who will all miss him very much.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that contributions be made in memory of Kenneth Davison to the Kenneth Davison fund for the Needy at Temple Baptist Church, P.O. Box 296, Hobbs, NM, 88241.
