Preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Valencia-Marquez, Librado’s legacy continues through his beloved family. He is survived by his 11 children – Anselmo, Rene, Arturo, Francisco, Sabina, Yeniva, Rosalie, Sylvia, Librado Jr., Maria Irene, Rafael, and Jobe(grandson). His family further expanded with 28 grandchildren, along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom carry a part of his spirit and legacy.

Librado’s life was a reflection of his unwavering faith in God, a virtue he instilled in his family. Known for his tireless work ethic and unshakeable sense of honor, he was a pillar of strength and integrity, influencing everyone he encountered.
