Lola Flores

Lola Flores, 82, our loving mother and grandma, was called to her eternal resting place on May 22, 2020. She was born on April 8, 1938 in Mexico, born to Jose Ma. and Justina Barron.

She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, crocheting, cooking, gardening, and traveling. She also enjoyed her occasional visits to the casinos.

She is survived by five handsome sons: Jose and Martha, Ismael and Marcela, Martin and Martha, Juan and Shelly, Toby and Robin, her three beautiful daughters: Dora, Reyna and Domingo, Linda and Noeh. Grandma Lola is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grand babies, and four siblings.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters, and two siblings.

Celebration of life will be Wednesday, May 27th. The Flores family will receive family and friends at Griffin Funeral Home from 11:00am - 1:00pm. Mass will be held at St. Helena Catholic Church at 2:00pm. Grandma Lola will be laid to rest at Prairie Haven Cemetery. Pallbearers to serve will be Geovanni Flores, Carlos Avila, Dustin Wright, Arthur Flores, Jesse Rodarte, Austin Flores and Scott Flores. Honorary Pallbearer, Kendrick Flores.
