Manuel Sandoval Ruiz

Manuel Sandoval Ruiz, 71, passed away peacefully at home on March 3, surrounded by his loving family and friends. A man of immense humor and wisdom, he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and warmth.

Born in Villanueva, Zacatecas, Mexico, Manuel took great pride in building a life in the United States. Becoming an American citizen and raising his family were among his greatest accomplishments. His hard work and determination were matched only by his deep love for those around him.

Manuel is preceded in death by his son, Victor Manuel Ruiz, parents Rodrigo and Pascuala Ruiz, brothers Rodrigo and Reynaldo, sisters Carmela, Olga, and Angelina, and is survived by his children, Toby(Destiny), and Veronica, sisters Linda, Alicia, brothers Basilio and Rueben, several nieces and nephews, as well as his eight beloved grandchildren. His greatest joy was his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he adored beyond words.

A man with a giving heart, Manuel was always ready to lend a helping hand. The first thing he would ask anyone who walked through his door was, “Are you hungry?”—before immediately getting up to cook for them. His generosity knew no bounds; he would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need.

Manuel’s love, laughter, and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew him.
