Maria Aguirre

Maria De Los Angeles Aguirre, age 65, of Hobbs, New Mexico, passed away on Monday, October 25th, 2021. She was born on October 3rd, 1956, in Parral Chihuahua, Mexico, to Guerrero Aguirre and Guillermina Primera.

Maria had a joyful spirit that will not be soon forgotten. She was great company for her mother as they spent their time together art home. Maria loved giving nicknames to her family as much as she loved her red chilie and sweet tamales. Maria loved the Lord and spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews.

Preceding Maria in passing are her father Guerrero, and nephew Rickey Escoval.

Maria is survived by her mother, Guillermina; brother, Lorenzo Aguirre; sisters, Gloria Valiencia, Carmen Aguirre, Emilia Aguirre, Juana Aguirre, and Isabel Hernandez; nephews, Chumel Salaszar, Robert Salaszar, Ivan Salaszar, Jesus Salaszar, Anthony Acosta, Jose Acosta, Lorenzo Jr. Aguirre, Noel Aguirre, Damien Aguirre, Abraham Escoval, Eric Hernandez, & Everado Hernandez; nieces, Hielda Salaszar, Natilea Salaszar, Melisa Acosta, Janet Hernandez, & Stephany Escoval as well as other family and friends that she loved very much.

A viewing will be held on November 2nd, 2021 at Griffin Funeral Home from 3:00pm – 7:00pm. Services will be held on November 3rd, 2021 at the Apostolic Assembly at Noon.
