Mary Munoz

Mary Mancha Muñoz passed away December 26, 2020.  She was born to parents Manuel and Rosa Mancha in Presidio, Texas on May 24, 1938.  Mary is survived by sons Larry Muñoz Jr. & wife Carmen, Ronnie Muñoz and wife Gloria and Jerry Muñoz and wife Susan all from Hobbs, NM.  Four grandsons, Erik, Cory, Samson, and Zachary Muñoz, three granddaughters, Meagan, Allison, and Emery Muñoz and one great granddaughter, Kinsley Muñoz. Mary has numerous siblings and one very special sister Viola De La Cruz of Lovington, NM.

Mary worked at many places in Hobbs but found the most joy in working and caring for the children with the Head Start program.  Those that spoke to Mary learned she was very proud of her father who was a World War II Army Veteran.   Mary was a loving Mother and Grandmother.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Hilario G. Muñoz and her parents Manuel and Rosa Mancha.

Mary was laid to rest at Memory Gardens in Hobbs, NM.
