Olga Rodriguez

Olga Rodriguez, 64, of Hobbs, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 in Lubbock, TX. Services were held Monday, December 16, 2013.

Mrs. Rodriguez was born on March 23, 1949 in Raymondville, TX to Rubin and Juanita Huerta. She married Teofilo Rodriguez in 1969 and they celebrated over 44 wonderful years of marriage. Olga loved to shop and watch her grandchildren play sports but her true love was taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Trinidad Joe Huerta and Hector Tiger Huerta and sister, Maria Luisa Villanueva.

Survivors include her husband, Teofilo Rodriguez of the home daughter, Becky Jo Rodriguez of Hobbs sons, Jerry Anthony Rodriguez and wife, Alma of Hobbs and Jimmy Rodriguez and girlfriend, Sara of Hobbs sisters, Carmel Longoria of Raymondville, TX, Elvira Garcia and husband, Alex of Ft. Worth, TX, Janie Kluesner and husband, Don of Carlsbad and Anna Pickett and husband, Bob of Raymondville, TX brother, Pablo Huerta and wife, Alice of Raymondville, TX stepfather, Felipe Alvarado of Hobbs 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
