Paul R. Sisson, 87, of Hobbs, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday March 3, 2018 at First United Methodist Church with the Reverend Greg Kennedy, officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation is Friday March 2nd, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM at Griffin Funeral Home.

Mr. Sisson was born on October 7, 1930 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Wyatt and Rosalea Sisson. He married Edna McCrory on August 30, 1952 in Gainesville, Texas and they celebrated over 65 wonderful years of marriage. They moved to Hobbs in 1962 and he started his oilfield instrument repair business, Industrial Precision Instrument.

Paul loved his family; he enjoyed family outings; fishing, camping, riding bicycles and just being together. Paul was a member of First United Methodist Church.
He will be remembered for his humor, telling jokes and always having a smile on his face. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Sisson of the home; daughters Paula R. Liss (Ron) of Albuquerque and Debbie Cooper (Royce) of Hobbs; son Mark Sisson (Lauri) of Hobbs; grandchildren John Daniels (Diana), Andy Daniels, Randy Daniels, Darcy Fincher (Steve), Brian Cooper (Ashley), Ashley Bertschinger (Jonathan), Chelsey Sisson (Geno) and Brittney Moreno (Jesse); 9 great grandchildren and his dog, Ginger.
