Robert Brown

Robert Lee Brown, 99, our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather was called home on June 10, 2020. He was born July 2,1920, in Abilene, TX, to Robert A. and Lily Brown. He was a veteran of World War II in the European front. After returning home he surrendered his life to the Lord and entered the ministry. He then enjoyed the ministry until his final days. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Loraine Brown, his daughter, Judy Carol Oliver and his son, Bobby Wooten. He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Caffey, his son, Freddie Brown, 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 13, at 10 a.m. at Taylor Memorial Baptist Church. He will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
