Robert Sasse

Robert Sasse, 67, of Hobbs, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Hobbs. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Prairie Haven Memorial Park Chapel with Pastor Benny Greenlee, officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Griffin Funeral Home.

Mr. Sasse was born on July 8, 1947 in Alberta, Canada. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Robert married Nita Davis in Lovington, NM and they celebrated 12 wonderful years of marriage. He enjoyed playing golf and loved being with his family. Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Nita Sasse of the home; daughters, Milissa Morgan (Isaac Johnson) of Lubbock, TX and Vanessa Kirlin (Kurtis) of Grants, NM and his grandchildren, Lane Kirlin, Katelyn Kirlin, Azeanna Luna, Darren Morgan and Shira Morgan.
