Sandra Stewart

On April 7, 2019 Sandra Fraley Stewart earned her angel wings and departed this life after a sudden illness and a hard-fought battle. She was 58 years old. Sandra was born July 8,1960 in Phoenix, Arizona. In March of 1961, Sandy was lovingly adopted into the Fraley family at 8 months old. Sandy was a fun loving, happy person who loved life. She never met a stranger and made friends quickly and easily. People who met her felt as if they were her friend only minutes after meeting her. She had a quick wit and was always the life of any party. Sandy was kind and never judged anyone. She loved everyone, and everyone loved her. Sandy will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She loved girl trips with her close cousins and Carolyn. They had so much fun in their travels and adventures. She loved casinos, slot machines and Dr. Peppers. She adored her sons and their families. Sandy is survived by 2 sons, Dustin Stewart and wife Kendra of Hobbs, and Marc Stewart of Albuquerque, NM as well as grandchildren Jeremy, Brooke, Brandon, Bryttany and Nevaeh and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter Brianna Stewart and her parents, Lewis and Juanita Fraley. A memorial service will be held in her honor at Griffin Funeral Home on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM officiated by Chad Ganaway. Services are under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
